Retired Philadelphia Police Captain Ray Lewis sits down with “Countdown” guest host David Shuster to explain his reasons for supporting the Occupy movement and tell about his arrest. In Part 1, Lewis reflects on the sense of suffering that drew him to participate, reacts to the conduct of the police officer who pepper-sprayed Occupiers on the UC Davis campus and criticizes the conduct of New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
